The Code Geass Memo Pads pages are all black/gray/white with a chibi image of the cover character on the corner of each page (I have only opened the C.C. one, but I can double check for the Suzaku one)

Yup, Cool-up #5 is the one with Shirota Yu on one cover and Kimeru/Aiba on the other~. Oh, I made a mistake, the one I have is actually #7 - http://img509.imageshack.us/my.php?image=aibahiroki491dj6.jpg

The photoset is 4 photos + a photo folder (same size as the photos) as shown in the pictures~

Shipping for the magazines would be through media mail, so about 2-5 depending on how many volumes (or which volume). And shipping for photoset + sticker would be 4-5 because of mailing supplies to keep everything from bending~

Photoshoot pictures? I'm not sure exactly want you mean, but aside from the cover (front and back) feature artist, all other actors mentioned in the description have a page or two of photos that is usually accompanied by by an interview ^^"
